1. Full Legal Name: Majorca Isles Community Development District
2. Public Purpose: To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure

Date of Establishment: Established February 16, 2007, by Ordinance No. 07-13 and Ordinance No. 13-46 on June 4, 2013, amending boundaries granting those special powers to the CDD as set forth in Section 190.012(1) and Sections (2)(a)(d) and (f) F.S. and Section 190.012(3) F.S. and approved by City of Miami Gardens Resolution No. 2005-111-288 on December 28, 2006.

The Development is a (+) 108 acre project located in the northern portion of Miami-Dade County in the state of Florida. More specifically, it is located in Section 35, Township 51 South, Range 41 East. The Development is bounded on the west by the North Dade Country Club East subdivision, on the north by the North Dade Country Club Village subdivisions, on the east by the Golf Ridge Villas Condominiums subdivision and on the south by the North Dade Country Club Village subdivision.
Roadway and drainage systems, sanitary sewer system, water distribution system and wetland mitigation.
